LEAGUE RULES
GOLDEN RULE:
Do not play inactive players. Check your lineup at least once a week for injured or suspended players or players on a bye week.

DRAFT:
Live online draft to be held the last Sunday in August at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Draft to consist of 18 rounds. Serpentine drafting utilized. 90 seconds per pick.

LINEUP CHANGES:
Can be made any time prior to kickoff.

TRADES:
All trades subject to owner veto. If four owners veto trade within 48 hours of acceptance, trade is stricken. Owners not to cast vetos unless trade is clearly lopsided. Trades cannot be accepted during weekly waiver wire period. Trade deadline is end of Week 12.

WAIVERS:
Weekly waiver period begins at kickoff of first game. All available free agents placed on waivers until Wednesday morning. Any player cut spends two calendar days on waivers. Waiver priority determined by length of time between waiver transactions.

 SCORING SYSTEM:
Head-to-head scoring system w/ties allowed. Fractional points utilized.
Passing
6 points for each passing touchdown
1 point for each 25 yards passing
-3 points for each interception
2 points for a passing 2-point conversion
Rushing
6 points for each rushing touchdown
1 point for each 10 yards rushing
-3 points for each fumble lost
2 points for a rushing 2-point conversion
Receiving
6 points for each receiving touchdown
1 point for each 10 yards receiving
-3 points for each fumble lost
2 points for a receiving 2-point conversion
Special Teams
3 points for each field goal made
1 point for each extra point made
6 points for every kickoff/put return touchdown
1 point for every 30 yards on kickoff/punt returns
-3 points for each fumble lost
Defense
1 point for each tackle
.5 points for each assisted tackle
2 points for each sack
1 point for each pass defended
3 points for each INT
3 points for each fumble recovery
2 points for each safety
6 points for each defensive touchdown
