WEEK 6 RECAP:
Just when you thought it was safe to write off our defending champion out...Bam!...off goes Adrian Peterson for 44 points and Uncle Joe puts up the second highest score of the year thusfar. Tough luck for Kevin, who scored an impressive 129 only to be outscored by almost 45. Congratulations to Uncle Joe, our $20 winner for Week 6. The other big story of the weekend was the upset of the year so far. Nick, formerly 0-5, came thorough with a defeat of undefeated Paul behind Steve Smith and DeAngelo Williams, his Carolina connection. Paul's loss means he cedes first place in the records race on point differential to Jeremie, who lit up Dan L. behind Matt Hasselbeck and Braylon Edwards. Jeremie also takes over the points lead from Dan T., who fell to defeat at the hands of Tom and four TD's from LT. In other action, there were two game-of-the-year candidates as Dennis barely pulled one out in a high-scoring and tight game against Marc. He needed almost 50 points coming into Monday night and he just got it. Another razor-close finish saw Mike and T.J. Whosyourmomma edge out Eddie by a single point.

THIS WEEK'S MATCHUPS:
Paul (Strictly Business) vs. Mike (Iron Insanity). So what if they were each other's Best Man? That means nothing this weekend.
Nick (Vengeance) vs. Tom (SanDiego SpankFest). Tom has officially turned it around, while Nick just won his first game in style.
Dan T. (DanT's Inferno) vs. Jeremie (Shorn Beaver). Jer is now in first place in both races. Dan wants to take back the points lead he's held all year.
Dan L. (Hebrew Hammer) vs. Marc (Ivana Green Booger). Marc has fallen on hard times recently but is still dangerous. Dan likes to eat pizza. The kind you don't talk about at parties.
Eddie (Full Hairy Jacket) vs. Kevin (Motor City Madmen). Kevin is coming off a heartbeaking loss and looks to take it out on Eddie, who's not out of it yet.
Dennis (Sinned 76ers) vs. Uncle Joe (Mongrels). The battle of the last two records champions. Does Peterson have another 44 points in him? does Dennis have another Monday night miracle in him?
